Multifunctional glycoprotein that acts as a receptor for a broad range of ligands. Ligands can be of proteinaceous nature like thrombospondin, fibronectin, collagen or amyloid-beta as well as of lipidic nature such as oxidized low-density lipoprotein (oxLDL), anionic phospholipids, long-chain fatty acids and bacterial diacylated lipopeptides. SWISS: P16671 Gene ID: 948 CD36屬一種多功能細胞膜受體，CD36參與長鏈脂肪酸的吸附和調(diào)節(jié)細胞凋亡殘物的清理和巨噬細胞的吞噬作用， 屬于一種抗蛋白酶血小板膜表面糖蛋白。 CD36 廣泛在單核細胞、巨噬細胞、內(nèi)皮層細胞、血小板、紅細胞前板、脂肪細胞、肌肉細胞以及乳腺內(nèi)皮層細胞中有不同的表達。CD36抗原是血小板反應(yīng)素的配體，兩者結(jié)合后產(chǎn)生抑制腫瘤血管生成的效應(yīng)。 |

25 ug total protein per lane of various lysates (see on figure) probed with CD36 monoclonal antibody, unconjugated (bsm-61310R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.
Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded Human Heart; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15 min; Antibody incubation with CD36 Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated(bsm-61310R) at 1:200 overnight at 4°C, followed by conjugation to the SP Kit (Rabbit, SP-0023) and DAB (C-0010) staining.
Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded Human Spleen; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15 min; Antibody incubation with CD36 Monoclonal Antibody, Unconjugated(bsm-61310R) at 1:200 overnight at 4°C, followed by conjugation to the SP Kit (Rabbit, SP-0023) and DAB (C-0010) staining.
The U937(H) cells were incubated in 5%BSA to block non-specific protein-protein interactions (30 min at r.t.). Primary Antibody (green): Rabbit Anti-CD36 antibody (bsm-61310R): 1 μg/10^6 cells; Secondary Antibody (white blue): Goat anti-Rabbit IgG-FITC (bs-40295G-FITC): 1 μg/test. Isotype Control (orange): Rabbit IgG (bs-0295P). Blank control (black): PBS. Acquisition of 20,000 events was performed.
