SWISS: P07476 Gene ID: 3713 套膜蛋白又稱內(nèi)披蛋白或囊包蛋白，與毛透明蛋白共同構(gòu)成角質(zhì)細胞包膜支架的蛋白質(zhì)。在角質(zhì)細胞分化時，首先出現(xiàn)在表皮棘層的上層細胞中的標(biāo)志性蛋白質(zhì)，該蛋白在角質(zhì)細胞和其他復(fù)層扁平上皮合成的蛋白。最初存在于細胞質(zhì)中，然后通過轉(zhuǎn)谷氨酰胺酶的作用，轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榻宦?lián)的膜蛋白。 |

25 ug total protein per lane of various lysates (see on figure) probed with Involucrin monoclonal antibody, unconjugated (bsm-61489R) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.
