產(chǎn)品介紹 | S-腺苷-L-甲硫氨酸依賴的甲基轉(zhuǎn)移酶,具有使RNA和蛋白質(zhì)甲基化的能力。通過催化前核糖體RNA中核糖部分的位點特異性2'-羥基甲基化參與前rRNA加工。位點特異性由與底物堿基配對的引導RNA提供。甲基化發(fā)生在與引導RNA堿基配對的序列的特征距離處??赡艽呋疌/D-RNP復合物中U6-snRNAs的2'-O-甲基化。U6-snRNA 2'-O-甲基化是mRNA剪接保真度所必需的。還通過介導組蛋白H2A(H2AQ104me)的“Gln-105”甲基化而充當?shù)鞍踪|(zhì)甲基轉(zhuǎn)移酶,這是一種損害FACT復合物結(jié)合的修飾,并特異性存在于35S核糖體DNA位點。 |
