| 產(chǎn)品介紹 | QSOX1屬于FAD依賴的巰基氧化酶家族，是一種非典型的二硫化物催化劑。QSOX1主要定位于人類胚胎成纖維細(xì)胞中的高爾基體和內(nèi)質(zhì)網(wǎng)（ER），它與蛋白質(zhì)二硫鍵異構(gòu)酶（PDI）協(xié)同作用，以幫助將新生蛋白質(zhì)折疊在細(xì)胞中。QSOX1主要在心臟，胎盤，肺，肝，骨骼肌，胰腺中表達(dá)，在腦和腎臟中表達(dá)非常弱。有研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，腫瘤細(xì)胞中QSOX1表達(dá)的增加，使腫瘤細(xì)胞能夠積極規(guī)避由活性氧介導(dǎo)的細(xì)胞凋亡機(jī)制。 |
