| 產品介紹 | 細胞周期蛋白依賴性激酶8（CDK8）是細胞周期的調控因子，可激活周期素C（Cyclin C），作用于G1/S期，調控正常細胞周期。CDK8連同Cyclin ，Med12和Med13構成中介體復合物，廣泛參與RNA聚合酶II和基因特異轉錄因子間的信息傳遞，既可激活轉錄又可抑制轉錄。此外， CDK8可以激活Wnt/β-catenin和Notch等多種信號轉導通路，從而誘導直腸癌，黑色素瘤等惡性腫瘤的發(fā)生和轉移。最近研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，CDK8基因活性的阻斷能夠在極大程度上降低癌細胞的葡萄糖利用率。 |
