| 產(chǎn)品介紹 | 作為MCM2-7復(fù)合物（MCM復(fù)合物）的組成部分，MCM2-7復(fù)合物是真核細胞中“每細胞周期一次”DNA復(fù)制起始和延伸所必需的復(fù)制螺旋酶。MCM2-7環(huán)中的活性ATP酶位點是通過兩個相鄰亞基的相互作用表面形成的，這樣一個保守的精氨酸指基序的關(guān)鍵結(jié)構(gòu)相對于相鄰亞基盒的Walker的ATP結(jié)合位點反式提供。然而，這六個ATPase活性位點可能對復(fù)雜的螺旋酶活性有不同的貢獻。 |
